Pay for your annual membership today. If the course is not for you, request a full refund within seven days of your initial purchase. This is a paid purchase with a refund guarantee; your card is charged at checkout.

Request a refund

Contact MD79 inc about billing within seven days of your initial purchase. Use the email address associated with your account and say that you want a refund. You do not need to provide a reason. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

We review your request against your purchase date and process the full refund through Stripe to the original payment method. A refunded membership is cancelled and paid course access ends. Your bank determines when the refund appears on your statement.

Annual renewal

Your membership renews annually until cancelled. You can turn off renewal in My account and keep access through the paid period. The seven-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase. For questions about a renewal charge, contact us.

This policy does not limit any rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.
