MD79 inc, incorporated in Québec, operates ChessCourse.com.

Account and learning data

We use your name and email to provide your account and account messages. We store a protected password, lesson completion, solved exercises, preferences and your last learning activity to provide saved progress across devices. Contact messages include the information you submit so we can answer you.

Payments and security

Stripe processes payments and billing information. We keep the customer and subscription references and status needed to provide access and billing support. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted pages. Login sessions and security checks support account protection. Google reCAPTCHA is used on protected forms to help detect abuse.

Optional analytics

On public pages, Google Analytics loads only if you allow optional analytics. Declining does not affect learning access. You can change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer when analytics is enabled. We do not send account details or private lesson progress to public analytics.

Referrals

If you arrive through an affiliate link, we may retain the referring affiliate with your account to attribute membership purchases and commissions. Affiliates do not receive your password or card details.

Your questions and requests

Contact MD79 inc to ask about your information, corrections or deletion. Identify your account by its email; never include your password or full payment-card details. Some billing and security records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
